As managing director responsible for the P&L of Kompan & Repcon in the Benelux.

The members of the Supervisory Board supervise the policy and management of the practice and assist the management of the practice with advice. The council consists of 3 natural persons.

As Managing Director P&L responsibility in the Benelux, managing finance, sales, marketing, service, operations and HR (85 fte). B2B and B2C segments.

Responsible for all marketing and sales activities in the Benelux for B2B and B2C segments. Trade shows, events and brand development, direct and indirect channels. Managing a team of 36 fte, 5 direct reports. Via the registration of visits and accountplanning we increased efficiency and sales. By reducing the amount of marketing activities and by focussing only on key marketing activities we reduced costs and increased brand recognition.

Managing a salesteam consisting of 28 fte. Directly managing the sales managers for The Netherlands and Belgium, the sales support manager and 3 sales developers.

Service Account Manager: Define and execute the overall services strategy on executive level for high touch accounts (Ministry of Defense, Tax Authorities, Ministry of Transport and other larger public sector customers, i.e. Philips and Shell). Overachieved the target two years in a row.

Responsible for managing a sales team of 8 fte with a yearly revenue of around 25 million Euro. Selling Software and Printers to Companies, Municipalities, Schools and Universities

Sales Manager at the Océ Imaging Supplies Unit of Océ Nederland B.V.. Supervision of a sales team which consisted of 7 account managers and 5 call centre sales employees. Responsible for € 36.500.000 in Revenue. As member of the MT, assisting in the creation and implementation of the long- and short term strategy.

Responsible for the Marketing of large format printing materials and supplies.

Account Manager at the Océ Imaging Supplies Unit in 's-Hertogenbosch. Selling imaging supplies to major accounts (Technical concerns & large format copy shops).
