I am always looking to improve and develop myself and would like to do that by working on different projects and products. In the last 15 years I’ve been project manager and currently process manager and product owner. No matter the team size or structure, I always work according to certain values: the team comes first, the specialists know what they are doing and my job is to make them able to do what they do best. After launch I was responsible for the post-launch development and patching. Including submission process of patches and additional DLC.
