My function is managing the service department of the hotel. This includes the bars and lounges, banqueting, catering on occasion and of course our high class restaurant "De Heeren van Harinxma". The function enhances all aspects such as purchase (of wines and other beverages, materials etc) HR management and most important, the daily management of the staff in the different service departments of the hotel.
