Responsibilities include;- Making risk analysis and proof feasibility of a project before start of works.- Setting up individual price bids as well as taking part in tender procedures.- Providing detailed lead-time planning until the moment of final hand over of the project to the client.- Negotiating final purchase prices on larger quantities up to the management level of the supplier.- Setting up and keeping track of budgets, expenses and margins.- Supervising the purchasing process on projects exceeding a million Euro.- Organising multidisciplinary design and construction meetings.- Scheduling deliveries and installations with all parties involved directly and indirectly.- Managing the on site installation teams and checking up on carried out works.- Adapting on unexpected setbacks making sure quickly turning them into happy little accidents.- Carrying out mid and final project handovers together with the client and providing a detailed handover report to all applicable parties involved.

Space Planner at Europes biggest home and office furniture manufacturer Vitra. Together with an international team of workplace consultants and project managers I’m responsible for creating inviting and inspiring office and retail spaces based upon the Vitra, Visplay and Ansorg, furniture and lighting portfolio. Responsibilities include;- Creating complete design presentations including 3D renders, floorplans and technical drawings.- Setting up price bids including internal overviews on gross margin.- Providing detailed lead time planning till moment off hand over.- Collecting product- and environmental documentation including applicable certificates (ISO, NEN, BIFMA).

First customer contact point for general product questions and problems, order placement and product complaints. Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding pending orders and finding solutions for filed complaints.Training of new service desk employees, making them familiar with the processes, software, protocols and a team based work environment.
