• Developed global mid / back-office ‘menu’ strategy aimed at reducing differences in the way of working between markets, each country has picked and committed to realizing various improvements in 2022 and 2023.• Implemented various Digital and Operational Excellence improvements in line with the mid / back-office ‘menu’ together with the local teams. • Developed blueprint operating model for the AGCO Finance mid / back-office and used its design principles to improve the organizational structure in various key markets.• Organized the first AGCO Finance mid / back-office seminar aims focused on sharing best practices with about 30 AGCO Finance and DLL representatives.• Core team member of the Flexible and Coherent Product Portfolio strategic initiative aimed at creating a harmonized product offering and reducing the variety of options.

• Day-to-day: Headed up the Operations team (9 FTE), consisting of Sales Support, Business Support and Customer Support. • Team: Formed and developed a new combined Sales & Customer Support team consisting of 4 FTE and reassigned tasks in Operations, thereby optimizing the performance of the team.• Systems: Embedded new mid-office system in the team for processing deals.• Processes: Implemented a series of process improvements aimed at improving service levels and increasing operational efficiency.• Reporting: Extracted data from CRM tool and created a fully automated real-time dashboard used to manage back-office performance and service levels.

• Valuing equipment and establishing residual positions for Operating Leases.• Management of end-of-lease processes including remarketing of equipment and renewal of contracts.• The rollout of various systems and redesign of processes which enabled the business to create more visibility and better manage asset risk.

• Rollout of the DLL thought leadership plan (e.g creating whitepapers and organizing a customer event for DLL’s European manufacturing partners).• Implementing various life cycle management pilots with manufacturing partners;• Developing DLL’s used equipment finance and operating lease products in a selection of countries.
