Duties & Responsibilities Included:Business Operations: Built and ran the operations of the company for fulfilling goods to B2B & B2C clients from 25 countries which included the USA, UK, CA, AU, NZ & Western European countries.Procurement: Procured goods at negotiated price with client organization from vendors in India, China, Indonesia.Fulfillment : Monitored and controlled the fulfillment of goods in bulk size to ensure timely delivery to the client organization to fulfil contractual obligations Monitoring and controlling financial and fulfillment related risks.Finance : Fulfilled capital needs of the project from commercial banks for credit and forex along with other financial instruments.Compliance: Conducted legal and accounting compliance of the private limited company for 2+ years that kept regulatory requirements of the company in accordance with GAAP.
