Within my role as an Outreach Professional includes the management of our 300+ Solution Provider Program, the outreach and marketing of the program, and event coordination. Past responsibilities included working specifically on the small business program, called the Express Program. This involved training all registered Express contractors on the program as well as manage their projects from initiation to completion.

As one of the Administrative Support Team Associate's at the Easton Town Center location I had the shared responsibility for HR paperwork, training for all new associates, scheduling, and pay roll adjustments. In addition to HR duties our small team of six also was responsible for the stores cashes services: opening and closing vault, handling the stores change drawer, and change requests for the stores registers. As a Administrative Support Team Associate you are also responsible for the general administrative duties for all store managers and store executives as well as providing outstanding customer service.

As their marketing intern myself and a fellow classmate helped the owners develop a strategy to boost sales and foot traffic into store. Palmer Miller Nelson Insurance Agency is one of the oldest independent insurance agencies in Ohio. While working there as the receptionist I answered the phones, updated their physical and computer files, filled and organized insurance policy packets. I also assisted in developing promotional marketing material for one of their program which included brochures, flyers, and e-mails.
