This training brings all newly hired EOTs into a combined training class at one of our data center learning labs for approximately four weeks of job-specific training, afterwards only needing approximately three weeks of site-familiarization training before being qualified to stand shift. This program not only ensures consistent quality of training but also returns over 1,200 hours of productivity time back to the sites across IAD annually. Implemented in September of 2023.
