As a format developer at Fremantle Netherlands, I develop non-scripted factual (entertainment) shows for national and commercial broadcasters as well as sVOD's on behalf of Fremantle Netherlands brands No Pictures Please and Blue Circle.- Echte Gooische Moeders (VIDEOLAND)- Andy niet te Vermeijden (VIDEOLAND)- Thijs Zeeman confronteert Stalkers (RTL5)

I was responsible for creating new (online) video content and formats for a multitude of platforms. I developed and produced projects that upheld standards set by the Endemol Shine Group, as well as the implementation of brands such as OTTO, American Express, AwesomenessTV, Bayer and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Projects that have come to fruition under my supervision are Stylediaries (a branded fashion format for OTTO). A global influencer marketing campaign for Bayer to promote World Contraception Day 2017. A branded digital roadshow for American Express Germany called #ExpressRace. I was creative consultant for the German spin-off of AwesomenessTV, the biggest social content platform for Millenials and Gen Z from the United States and was creative lead for the Dutch adaptation of the successful program ‘Engage the Future’ for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

As a creative producer at Endemol Shine Beyond Netherlands my tasks were two folded. I developed and produced multiple succesfull (online) series for a multitude of video platforms and acted as editor-in-chief on several projects.I was creatively responsible of all (digital) content and acted as a brand guardian. I developed visual guidelines for projects that uphold standards set by the Endemol Shine Group, as well as the implementation of brands such as Staatsloterij, Postcode Lotery, Unilever, TomTom, Miss Etam and many other.The creative production included casting and booking creative talent, locations and productions teams. I coordinated pre-production meetings and routing all approvals prior to shooting, singing off on final concept. During production and post-production I was the key contact person for the production team (up to 15) and responsible for the final outcome, as well as upholding deadlines.Projects that have come to fruition under my supervision are amongst others: Wander (the online travel program sponsored by TomTom), The ROOF (a video dance platform which is a collaboration between Endemol Shine and ID&T, with Lipton Ice Tea as launching partner), Wat jou mooi maakt (an online interactive modeling competition, a campaign for Miss Etam), Katwalk (a multidisciplinary and multiscreen fashion and beauty platform and scripted series, co-created with RTL Netherlands).

As a freelance video producer I developed and produced high end original B2B and B2C digital content and free publicity concepts for brands for several PR and digital agencies in the Benelux. My portfolio included succesful projects for Nokia Benelux, SONOS, Achmea, KPN, Aruba Tourism Authority, Sanex, Nintendo, TEDxAmsterdam. I acted as a 'one man army', from development to filming and editing: a 'one stop shop' for all your video needs.

As a producer at Zoomin.tv, the biggest online distributor of video news content in Europe - part of Press Agency Novum Nieuws - I managed overall news production and I was responsible for scheduling camera crews and editors. Video's were broadcasted on major dutch news websites like Telegraaf.nl, NU.nl and many more.

As an editor and videojournalist at Zoomin.tv, the biggest online distributor of video news content in Europe - part of Press Agency Novum Nieuws - I produced and edited newsitems (subjects included: politics, Dutch news,World news and Entertainment news). I interviewed people such as the Dutch Prime-minister Mark Rutte and former Prime-minister of the Netherlands Jan-Peter Balkenende, actors like Colin Firth, Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Russell Brand.

As an editor at SBS Broadcasting I worked for the daily national news broadcasts 'Hart van Nederland' and 'Shownieuws'; broadcastings that had an average of approximately a million viewers a day. Under high pressure I compiled the news, wrote copy for the voice-overs and was in charge of editing newsitems for live television. I edited with Avid.

Assisted the executive producer of the Dutch version of the US hit show 'Project Runway' and the dutch television show 'Vegas Voyage'.
