Using organizational development and training skills while on the school board, I continue educating and motivating apprentices in the technical skills needed in the construction industry. Guide onsite/online course developers as a Subject Matter Expert for blended learning courses. Courses primarily involved the OHSA standard best practices in both the Construction and General Industries, preparing them for the OSHA10 class utilizing the NIOSH materials and NPFA's NEC 70 & 70E in the Electrical field. Explain and demonstrate related laboratory/practical procedures. Monitor, evaluate, and document students’ progress through observation, dialog, and examinations on theory and practice.
