Recruitment Manager
Current- Hired, trained, and manage a team of 3-5 Regional Recruiters to oversee hiring needs for all S+B store locations.- Collaborated with the New Store Opening team to establish timelines for staffing new S+B locations, successfully staffing 16 new locations to date (with many more to come!)- Conducted full-cycle recruitment for all corporate and managerial positions at S+B.- Tracked metrics and updated processes and procedures to support the growth of the Recruitment team.- Managed weekly one-on-one meetings with recruiters to strategize hiring in their regions, set target hiring start dates, and monitor metrics to ensure the recruitment of top talent.- Enhanced the company’s JazzHR ATS to improve recruiter usability and data tracking.- Transitioned S+B's ATS from JazzHR to Rippling Recruiter, creating comprehensive training materials for company-wide use.- Onboarding and off boarding for the whole company.- Supporting HR through workers comp claims and maternity/medical leaves
