I instigated and followed through with a restructure of the company and many of its working practices to recognise the different skills, abilities and communication styles required to ensure right mix of expertise was attained. My knowledge of employment law meant the Company has not had to appoint Employment Law Solicitors for anything other than a TUPE takeover by them in 2008. General management duties include arranging insurance for all aspects of the Company's activities, organising building works and day to day maintenance issues. I was involved with resolving customers complaints.
