Responsible for promoting our services in different region around the globe, particularly in Europe and US region, meeting clients in person, arranging B2B meetings for a possible collaboration, finding right partner for next business growth, planing on yearly IT budget, IT up gradations plan and over all business operations and team development process. In short, preparing the team for sustainable business growth.

Managing day to day production and development works, maintaining smooth communication with the client over email, phone. Ensuring timely delivery of the projects. Planning weekly/monthly project budget or estimation, implementing new technology or ideas throughout different teams.

Responsible for business planning, decision making and implementing new technologies, ideas to take this start up endeavour of a energetic team to a sustainable business model.

After almost 6yrs of job experience I finally decided to get myself enlist as a young entrepreneur, the opportunity came in a sudden, I was not fully prepared but as this is close to information technology I finally decided to give that a try. I was also longing for that. Well here in Ring Back Ltd, I joined as a founder director particularly taking care of planning and designing the company's IT infrastructure, development, implementing new technology need as our business grows, guiding people with all technical issues and problem, decision making as well. Beside that I also play a part in company's Internet marketing as well. I really enjoying the new challenges here at the this stage of my life.

Linux/Unix System and Server Administration. Have extensive knowledge working with Linux distribution, deploying and maintaining different java/ php based web application on that platform and installing and configuring Oracle Database server, Oracle Weblogic server, JBoss application server, LAMP, MySQL. Also experiences in different server/app monitoring Open Source application like Nagios, Cacti, Syslog-ng, Dot-project and many more useful applications. He also worked on National Voter ID project conducted jointly by Tiger IT BD Ltd and Bangladesh Army. Setup and configured CentOS 5.0 on DELL ProLiant server and prepared them as oracle DB to use as voter database server. He has vast experiences implementing new technology, automate (writing custom scripts) job, planning and designing network and server infrastructures, developing and designing website as well.
