As member of regional executive delivered record EBIT in FY12 while undertaking significant operational restructure reducing local footprint through strategic alignment to key suppliers and utilising wider group offshore facilities.

Accountable for all aspects of running a private SME manufacturing heavy haulage equipment for the transport industry.Restructured the business from 70 to 27 EFT employees, moving the majority of fabrication offshore, consolidating premises and refocusing the marketing and sales approach. Subsequently break-even moved from 1.3M/mth to 700K/mth @ average 30%GP.

Delivered to market one of the most significant trailer innovations in 40 years. The innovation generated incremental orders in excess of $4MILL, at launch, re-invigorating the national dealer body re core product. The design won its category in The Australian Design Awards, a first for the trailer industry and sealed a licensing agreement with Europe’s second largest manufacturer.
