I conceptualised and worked for Pearn Kandola on developing the Pearn Kandola Digital Platform. This started as a white board project to take 'old school' technology applications and create a smarter, quicker and more managed solution in-house, where solutions could be created instantly from one environment and accessed by different user types instantly creating a new revenue channel at the same time.

Gauge360 develops SaaS applications that are smarter, quicker and more cost effective to meet HR and recruitment needs. For example our ATS application (applicant tracking system) creates a much deeper and rewarding candidate experience whilst providing recruiters and employers with on-trend tools that are both ahead-of-the-curve and obvious at the same time.Another Gauge360 SaaS application enables employers to maximise its human capital by talent profiling its entire workforce to measure the ideal persona for specific roles.We funded the strategy, design and build of our own applications from scratch and were just starting to engage clients now we know our products deliver.

I returned to RPM to help implemented the client focused digital proposition within the whole organisation whilst providing insight, creative, strategy and campaign plans that enhance a brands touch points. At the same time establishing the internal skills, services, people and direction.

The Creatives Inc (TCI) as a business vehicle that invests in the development and delivery of digital based concepts and ideas with an established network from digital, broadcasting, merchandise and kids sectors.

I was appointed managing director after Brand Net and UndergroundBLC created a joint proposition. During my time I implemented a planning approach to support the creative teams, improve client engagement and provided new revenue streams. I also pushed and implemented changing the positioning of the business, resulting in the Brand Laundry along with the appointment of an industry leading chairman.

Founded BrandNet, the UK’s first online consumer research company. Created objective and subjective brand audit templates and processes supported with digital consumer insight tools. Reports were published on a bi-monthly basis in Marketing Week prior to merging the tools and systems into Underground BLC.

I co-founded the creative and digital offering at RPM, introducing new media to client events and the experiential marketing activities of the business.
