My expertise has grown by developing strategy for Korean / Chinese brands that have worked together, and I’ve developed strategies based on values that consumers can sympathize with. My experience is unique in that I’ve helped shape the brand strategy both as an external agency partner and as part of brand’s in-house strategy team. I worked as a project specialist for the 8 years and have led the development of brand strategies and integrated brands for cosmetics, fashion and lifestyle companies. At the beginning and center of the brand strategy, there should be value that consumers can empathize with. I redefined the brand strategy of the company to help the brand have its own voice. It also established key principles to provide the best customer experience across brand, products and retailers.
