I'm tasked with leading a development and creative team. This means determining strategies to improve the team’s productivity, training, and development. Finding opportunities for growth, and improving the overall team’s processes. The team is tasked with combining text, graphics, full-motion graphics, and sound into an integrated package that represents the brand's product or service offering. The team develops and deploys multiple campaigns, including 3D and 2D videos, emailers, digital posters, and more on multiple digital channels, including SMS, MMS, Email, Landing Pages, Social Media, and Push Apps, to mention a few. I’m required to work well with different stockholders, manage client's expectations and resources, and provide solutions that will improve productivity and sales. We work with computer information systems, graphics, and deliverables for campaign execution.

Combine text, graphics, full-motion video, and sound into an integrated package. 3D and 2D videos are mostly for mobile, web and social media. I work well with different stockholders, manage people and resources, to provide solutions that will improve the productivity of the team. Work with computer information systems, graphics and deliverables for campaign execution. I'm requsted to have a good understanding of branding, design and project management principles, HTML and javascript coding,3d and 2D video editing programs, and marketing principles.

Duties: Web, Print Designing, Video Editing &Video Animation.I create high quality websites, Special Effects for videos such as 3D, 2D animation and C.I. ( logos, letter heads and email signatures) I am required to work on multiple projects, with different types of clients and hence it becomes imperative for me to interact with them personally and understand their requirements thoroughly and the impact thereof to all project timelines. I am required to very effectively menage my personal project timelines and share then with management in order to meet or help other team members to meet there deadlines.
