-Worked as delivery manager for Enterprise Logging & Analytics project for integrating different kinds of log sources like network devices, servers, applications, cloud storage across the Globe with the Splunk platform.-Designing integration strategy for different log sources with Splunk -Designing user access control strategies for Splunk-Designing and developing of monitoring systems, interactive dashboards for high-end users, reports and alerts like DLP activities in the same Splunk platform.-Led the 24*7 Splunk Operation team for the Global Splunk deployment having license usage of 40 TB per day, spanned across three clusters-Worked on engagement management tasks like Client contract preparation & sign-off based on client requirements, engagement processes till the project kick off, client billing management.-Conducted ‘Freshers Launchpad Training’ for campus joiners.

-Worked on two projects - "NIS Cyber System" as Splunk Admin & Developer and "Jira Development & Set Up" as Jira developer.-As a Splunk Admin, integrated different kinds of log sources with Splunk platform. Some examples are Palo Alto firewall logs, Windows & Linux OS logs, DNS, McAfee EPO, Meraki, CyberArk, SCCM, Windows Defender, Digital Guardian, Cylance, Custom Applications, etc.-As a Splunk Developer, created multiple reports, dashboards, alerts and custom technical add-on for onboarding non-standard logs from custom applications.-Worked on Splunk user access control and role creation.-Worked on different kinds of Splunk related issues and troubleshooting like Splunk instance outage, kv-store out of sync, data corruption in indexes, index outage etc.-In the "Jira Development & Set Up" project, worked on requirement analysis and design document preparation-Set up and developed different components in Jira like Issue Creation, Workflow, Screen, Fields & their relevant configurations, Behavior & Listener using Scriptrunner

-Worked on two projects - Document Management System (DMS) development for Tax Client and "Enterprise Security & Incident Reporting (ESIR)" for PwC US.-In DMS project, worked on requirement analysis, detailed design preparation, webservice development using Java in Documentum framework, unit testing.-In ESIR project, worked as SOC analyst for analyzing different kinds of cyber security related incidents for the firm. In this role worked on various cyber security tools like Envision, SA, Symantec reporting tool, Archer, FireEye, Proof Point etc.
