Walk in management for cold kitchen & hot kitchen.Dairy, vegetable management.Food cost management.Handover to night shift for cold kitchen, hot kitchen.Handling orders of ala-carte for coffee shop/banquets and IRD.Speaking to guest during dinner.Menu management for all outlets for cold food.

• Job Responsibility: Working in Garde Manger & Pantry Section to prepare, designing the ingredients for the guest as per requirements. Directly reporting to Chef De Partie (CDP) to follow his instructions in any situation effectively & efficiently. Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately. Maintain Quality & Hygiene in high standard.  Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.  Make daily requisition of raw material & maintain per stock inventory under guidance of CDP. Suggest CDP to cost control and reduce waste.

Job Responsibility:Follow the instruction of Chef to assist Food Preparations with all hygiene & safety. Responsible for all type of mis-en place, cleanness. Assist for loading and unloading of raw material/ cooked food in the departmental vehicles.Responsible for stacking the perishables in the walk in rooms, cleaning of walk in rooms.
