I am responsible for integration, maintenance and query resolution of the ICICI Bank's chatbot which involves resolving live issues and feature development to improve customer experience and resolve their queries efficiently. I also look after the Digital business of the Bank in terms of deriving insights from cross sell and transactional numbers along with keeping an eye on competitors benchmarking their performance against us. Crunching number and getting insights from them to storytelling of business performance with those numbers is one of my hobby at work.
