In this role, I was primarily responsible for managing a sales channel, Farfetch. I oversaw this channel from conception through its million-dollar mark by ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and analyzing product & consumer trends over various sales periods. Other responsibilities included managing and designing marketing materials. I created multiple advertisements that were digitally displayed in 5 major US malls, as well as oversaw all email marketing. I designed all emails, as well as conducted A/B tests to optimize media engagement. While launching a new collection, I was responsible for organizing and producing an entire campaign and studio shoot with over 20 children. I also gained insight on how to best optimize products for both website & mobile browsing, while adding keywords and meta-tags to increase search engine results. In this position, I gained significant experience working with Shopify (e-commerce system), Lightspeed (point of sales system), Klaviyo (email & sms marketing platform), and Photoshop.
