• Lead the deployment of two Nation-wide enterprise systems (Sitecore CMS and Sitecore Intranet Portal). Designed cost-effective infrastructure, configured all hardware, deployed CMS, resolved technical issues, oversaw regular code deployments, and trained technical staff on infrastructure management and application staff on security/access controls.• Resolved network issues and incidents, troubleshooting, implementing fixes, and communicating them to senior staff and end-users. • Provided LAN support to resolve network issues for all three locations in GTA. Productively played the Security Practice Lead role in developing and implementing policies and for financial data repository.• Worked closely with the management for developing the lending workflow module for their mortgage system to increase the business efficiencies by 25% in their mortgage division.

• Worked in a team of two for servers and desk side inventory refresh to replace 90 windows servers and 3500 end user workstations. Developed the environmentally green policies to dispose of the hardware passed its evergreen age.

• Provided first-level technical support for National infrastructure supporting 2000+ employees. Resolved hardware, software and connectivity issues for a mixed Windows NT/2000 environment.
