Hello!Since graduation, my eagerness to feed my curiosity and build on my commitment to continuously learn has only grown stronger. The last 5 years as a collegiate student athlete has granted me the necessary skills to courageously tackle this new journey and trust that mistakes and failure are the catalysts to massive personal growth. Even though I have only just embarked my professional journey, it has been gratifying to connect my previous vast experiences and activities to support and strengthen my courage and problem solving skills to resolve ongoing business challenges. These opportunities have nurtured my passion to chase new experiences and welcome change to ignite rewarding outcomes and revelations. I am actively working towards earning my MBA from Davenport University and anticipating graduation December 2025. Simultaneously, I coach girls and boys volleyball which allows me to give back to the sport that built my intense drive and resilience towards achieving team goals, as well as enhanced my leadership & collaboration skills. I strive to empower the next generations of men and women to build encouraging growth through effective habits and inhibit mindsets to overcome life’s challenges, as well as, sharing my 14 years of volleyball fundamental skill and strategy expertise to encourage accomplishment towards each individual player’s personal and athletic goals. My current role as a Merchandise Business Analyst comprises of troubleshooting the limitless constraints that affect the product flow process by conducting daily data analysis and reporting to ensure that software, vendors, cross functional team communication, and product display and flow movement are being effectively executed at each stage of the process to ensure business success. I have had the opportunity to deep dive into the businesses of Dog Food & Treats, Do-It-Yourself, and Mobile Accessories, taking note of the unique trends and pockets containing promising opportunities for innovation and growth. This experience grants me the opportunity to feed my curiosity through endless pockets to dive in and expand my knowledge, which aids in my development and continuous professional growth. I am extremely thankful for the genuine guidance that my network has graciously offered so far in my journey, and I am excited to continue to work towards igniting positive change and solutions to the organizations I am blessed to be a part of.
