During this, I took challenging roles such as one in Tripura and Goa campaigns.-In Tripura, I led a team of 23 professional to understand and conduct the baseline survey -Scope of growth, issues and individuals who could be targeted -In Goa, I was incharge of southern most part for assembly elections

During my affiliation from 2019 May till 2021 May, I was part of different campaigns and spearheaded large scale projects. • Helped launch Didi ke Bolo outreach program with two pronged approach, one being the pull component by having a grievance cell at a state level and the second component was designed for party cadre where all organisational post holders were expected to reach out to people through a physical outreach program. -In each Panchayat, we provided 10 names and number of socially relevant people who set the narrative -Through this program, the leaders were able to reach out to approximately 30000+ socially relevant and influencial individuals •Organisational Revamp and Strengthening was a massive exercise undertaken which aimed at identifying right set of leaders within the party fold and appointing them at different levels of organisational hierarchy starting from Panchayat till State. -The large focus of the exercise was to revamp the Block/Town, and District level organisational structure with fresh appointment of office bearers -5000+ names were discussed, debated and decided upon throughout the state for this purpose
