Cooperate with sales deal with different project progress and handle the project status, forecast project risk and provide the best solution;• Training for Customers, helps them know more about Dahua product and improve technology knowledge;• Cooperate with the Marketing, for Dahua, propaganda Dahua technology and concept to the customer, help customers to better understand Dahua and Dahua Products, at the same time get more feedback from the market.

• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to new and existing customers, with in-depth technical expertise relating to our cash validation and print products and services• Support the Sales Team in the early stages of new customer relationships, with technical advice, solutions and recommendations• Utilise conventional test equipment and diagnostic tools to investigate faults, bugs and other issues• Gain an in-depth knowledge of the entire mechanical, electronic and software product range• Liaise with the UK based Development & CI Team on recurring issues and product fault trends• Contribute to developing technical manuals and online support tools
