Worked on the worldwide SAP template (standardization, design and build) but also on implementations on-site (with 3PL partners via EDI or rolling out the SAP WM/EWM own solution). Being responsible for the full logistical flow, but sometimes also with a broader scope which includes procurement, quality, planning and production. Acting as a Project Manager, Team Lead, Cut Over manager, Change manager, Tester, Trainer, Team member and as a Designer. Key Projects by country: o Spain (incl. Canarias): 3PL Project implementation in combination with a complex logistic network with several factories, and a high number of SKUso Italy: change on legal structure combined with a full scope SAP roll-out. o Nigeria: SAP roll-out during COVID (remote) from a local acquisition. o Amazon NL: integration with Amazon (Seller construction via API)o Vietnam: last minute project, on which in 2 months a full EWM solution was implemented.o China: adjustment on the legal construction and addition of a new 3PL partner with impact on planning (sea transport). o USA: implementation of a Principal legal entity o Carve-outs (Netherlands and Germany): defining strategies, execution, protecting intellectual ownershipo Catch Weigh Management Dairy: implementation of the SAP Industrial solution in the SAP Template

Worldwide template design, having the differentiating processes adjusted where needed. Responsible for the documentation, design, approval with stakeholders and alignment with (key) users. After two years of design, responsible for the roll-out as a Team Lead for the IT Procurement Direct flow. Key Projects by country: o Romania/ Russia: full implementation for several factories and warehouses. Full custom made solutions designed and built for local specific scenarios and legal requirements. o Malaysia/Indonesia: template roll-out including the existing MES/legacy system, which result on a high level of integration.o Netherlands/Belgium/USA: full scope implementation including local requirements

Supporting the existing SAP template on the Operations domain, which included the Production, Procurement, Warehousing and Quality area. Responsible for system enhancements, executing the design, test, build and implementation. Next to it, developing the new IT organization that has been originated from a merge. Applying in this case ITIL based constructions. Next to it, being also available in case of SAP emergencies to support 24 hours a day the business operations in case of issues (stand-by services)

Build, design and implementation of the SAP template to be used on the B2C part of the business for Western Europe. It was green field project with all the disciplines. I was part of the Warehousing team, responsible to develop the Warehousing solution using the WM solution of SAP. Approx. six factories and warehouses were in scope.

Responsible to manage the local WMS system for three warehouses, and later on, to implement it on a location in The Netherlands in combination with a MES system. Making adjustments into the system in close contact with the IT development organization. Aligning requirements from different teams and external customers to ensure all the necessary functionalities were in place.

Having different business roles in efficiency increase projects. Working in close collaboration with Production, Warehousing and Planning. The IT component was already present as an enabler. ERP solution: MFG/Pro from QAD.
