In this role, Sudhanshu performed machine learning research and software engineering for autonomous driving systems. His core projects were towards extraction of high-fidelity 3D vehicle trajectories from traffic videos using novel and state-of-the-art object detection and tracking algorithms.

Gurgaon

Sudhanshu contributed to GT's HR advisory practice, first as a Manager, and more recently as an Associate Director. During this time, he led projects and modules on organization structuring, HR process design and implementation, employee engagement assessment, compensation structuring, compensation revision, long-term incentive plan design/implementation/compliance.Additionally, Sudhanshu was a starting member of GT's global research centre (GRC) - a group which centrally executes primary and secondary research for GT International and GT member firms across the world. Here, he lead quantitative and qualitative analysis efforts in areas like corporate governance, corporate diversity, company profiling, country profiling, market sizing, competitor intelligence, to name a few. Through his time, he contributed to business development efforts. He spent a significant fraction his time reviewing others' work for logical, grammatical, and branding consistency. His HR experience enabled him to contribute to performance management, recruiting, and training and development for the GRC.

As a Consultant / Associate with Mercer's Human Capital consulting practice, Sudhanshu contributed to project delivery and led project modules covering role clarification, banding, HR process diagnosis and redesign, compensation structure design, compensation revision process design, variable pay plan design, and employee engagement surveys. He also played deep client interfacing roles including stakeholder management, collaborative working, and knowledge transfers.During this time, he also built on his prior experience in Learning and Development by developing and delivering training programs in areas like visioning and collective problem solving.

1) April 2007 - April 2009: Talent Development professionalAs a TD professional, Sudhanshu was responsible for end-to-end learning solutions, including activities like client management, vendor management, logistics, content design and program facilitation2) April 2009 to November 2009: Total Rewards professionalIn Total Rewards, Sudhanshu was mainly engaged in managing the annual compensation revision and variable bonus payout exercise for over 1500 practitioners across Deloitte's Hyderabad and Mumbai offices. Additional activities include annual review and renewal of Deloitte's insurance policies, participating in salary surveys, and continuous business process improvement.Through this time, Sudhanshu was also engaged with broader 'cross-Talent' and 'cross-Deloitte' projects, an example being the pilot implementation of Mass Career Customization (copyright).
