With over 20 years of experience as a design strategist, user experience researcher, industrial designer, and design educator, I help organizations succeed in innovation by streamlining the flow of ideas to maximize value. I am the founder and innovation catalyst of Khoj Lab, a consulting firm that offers services in process and operations, insight-led innovation, and innovation capability development, using design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies. I also teach a graduate course called ‘Corporate Innovation Effectiveness’ at the Institute of Design at Illinois Tech, where I obtained my Master of Design Methods degree. I have worked with Fortune 500 and multi-billion dollar companies, such as GE Transportation Digital and Herman Miller, to define an integrated business process for new product development and align innovation ideas to company strategy using human-centric research. I have led customer experience, scenario planning, organizational transformation, and new product development projects that have resulted in multiple awards and publications.
