I have worked in construction, operations, sales, and marketing as I went through school in the UK and Canada, and then University in Vancouver. I have worked in every aspect of the hospitality & development business in progressive roles in the UK, Europe, the US, and Canada culminating in senior leadership roles with Northland and then my role as Principal of a consulting practice. In my career I have been involved in the development or acquisition of 42 hotels, 61 restaurants, 20 residential/commercial buildings, 10 retail business, 2 ski resorts and thousands of student housing units.My consulting work has taken me across Europe, China, the US and Canada in the Development, Hospitality, Retail, Student Housing, Corporate Housing, Gym and Spa, Banking/Fintech/PropTech and Real Estate Verticals.I enjoy leading an organization to pivot and scale strategically.
