TECHNICAL CONTRIBUTIONS:• I provide user accounts support including resetting passwords and enabling accounts in AD. • I provide McAfee Antivirus / Proxy / Agent end user support.• I provide day-to-day support on Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint users.• I provide printer support to end users.• I troubleshoot Operating System issues. • I remediated faults by liaising with in house application development team.• I coordinate activities related to application verification and peripheral readiness in a test lab.• I provide hardware and software support on PC and Laptops.• I managed and provided end user support on BES Server. • I configured iPhones to communicate with Exchange server using Xen Works.• I provide remote user support by using Bomgar Rescue Log me in and SCCM. • I provide VPN support to end users.• I install, troubleshoot and support Adobe Programs.• I provide user support on Polycom A/V conference system.
