I advise Senior Executive on a wide range of issues related to the healthcare workforce in Manitoba, including remuneration and structure. In practice, I am conduct research and analysis to provide a recommendation, and then am directly involved in external negotiations to secure the decision of Executive.

My two main projects are to deconstruct and analyze the (1) econometric model used to model the provincial economy, and (2) seasonal adjustment of socioeconomic data.In addition to the above, I have been tasked with managing and editing documents for publication, such as the Bureau's annual Year-In-Review. I am regularly tasked to manage and lead project work, such as outreach and communications for the Census 2016.

I specialized in international trade and investment law while studying International Economic Law toward an LLM. Concurrently with my studies, I represented the student body at School of Law meetings as the programme representative, and as class representative for 3 courses during the year. I also represented the University of Edinburgh in competition at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, with global representation from 281 universities.

I analysed, drafted, and presented business cases on projects ranging from $100k purchases to $30M multi-year undertakings. I liaised with divisional offices within the Region to draft and present these business cases at investment committee meetings, both regional and national. In addition to my work on specific capital projects, I drafted policy recommendations on fire protection, procurement, and emergency funding at the request of the Regional Director.

I identified, structured, and performed statistical and econometric (OLS estimation) research for financial risk management & monitoring with the objective of reducing financial risk in an Agricultural income stabilization and disaster relief program which distributed funds upwards of $1 billion annually.I successfully negotiated the implementation of new automated controls to identify calculation errors, including one control which identified approximately $100M of errors.
