Meeting, Event and Project Planning Designed and implemented annualized campaign forms, ads for souvenir journal, invitations, fliers, brochures and event tickets. Acted as liaison between vendors and customers. Created process maps for events. Processed and handled mailing of invitations, response cards, event tickets, and monies collected for events. Set up and manage Will Call station, volunteers, security, and information/help desk. Act as assistant troubleshooter.* Analyzed data entry systems and prepared recommendations for office wide improvement. Explored security vulnerabilities in data entry system and procedures. Designed standard input forms to ensure consistent and complete data entry. Upkeep of all databases. Handled billing, account receivable, collections and general ledgers, trained and supervised newly hired staff members, assist with a multi line switchboard and customer services as front desk.Information Technology* Liaison between vendor and organization, troubleshoot computer system, telephone systems and all office equipment i.e. (printers, copiers, fax machine, scanners) software i.e. Phone Tree, Goldmine Corporate, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Outlook Express), Lotus Notes, Corel, WordPerfect, Firefox and Explorer.
