I led and motivated the marketing, product, sales and insight teams with over 30 staff.Key achievements include:• Developed and implemented a customer-focused growth strategy, annual marketing & sales plans, and product roadmap with a focus on innovation and differentiation that resulted in double-digit business growth every year.• Led a major capital investment project which was the linchpin to transform the business and deliver growth. Vp Global Marketing – Entertainment Marketing
Moving to the entertainment marketing side of the business I led an internal and dedicated agency team, providing overall strategic direction for entertainment marketing globally and managing a multi-million dollar US budget. I collaborated with key stakeholders globally to develop integrated product activation and sales programmes in over 25 countries worldwide and managed global partnerships with Universal Studios and Universal Music Group to support brand, customer and partner-business building objectives.
