I began my career in Commercial Real Estate working as a sales associate and ended my tenure at Silver Hill Financial in a managerial role, as a Team Facilitator. As a team facilitator I coordinated the activities of five major departments by leading a 16-person sales team which included members from sales, underwriting, loan processing, real estate, and closing. A few examples of my key financial competencies include, evaluating financial performance and sales through financial forecasting, reporting, operational metrics tracking, and maintaining financial records. After completing an M.B.A. from Rutgers University with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing, I became the sole proprietor of a small-business that I successfully grew to over $400,000 in revenue per year. Currently working as a Real Estate Consultant for V.I.P. Premier Realty, my primary focus is to design and implement off-market and portfolio acquisition strategies for both residential and commercial clientele.
