Created and processed Purchase Orders for large fixed assets, and construction projects. Develop and administered complex Invitation for Bids (IFB’s), Request for Proposals (RFP’s), and Request for Quotes (RFQ’s).Supervise warehouse materials acquisitions, manage customer and vendor relations, and provide efficient delivery of products and services in support of district goals.Key contributor in the Poudre School District Purchasing Department receiving the Achievement in Excellence in Procurement award for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Train district employees in warehouse ordering. Integral role in the Cooperative Educational Purchasing Council in the developing and processing of the white board bid for Colorado school purchasing departments.Developed specifications for stocked products utilized by multiple agencies. Assisted top management in the successful relocation of the Poudre School District warehouse from the former location to its present location.Expert level of knowledge in the Bi-Tech purchasing system for Poudre School District.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Provided key input in the creation of the new order system for outside PSD customers to utilize the Bi-Tech system.Created the warehouse electronic catalog that includes over 940 products with photos and product descriptions for use by all District and external customers.Retired March 1, 2018
