I've been running design businesses for over 10 years now. After co-founding my own agency, where we created cutting-edge websites for SMEs and partnered with larger agencies to deliver more complex online experiences, we merged with Thompson Brand Partners in 2014 with the aim of delivering end-to-end brand experiences for both national and international clients.As Digital Design Director at Thompson I played a major role in the branding process, designing identities across a range of sectors and managing the team through the creation of brand-led websites, apps, motion graphics and video pieces before widening my remit into the more diverse role of Design Director.Now, as Creative Director I'm responsible for leading the design team and all of Thompson's creative output, as well as playing a key part in the strategic direction of the business alongside the other three directors.
