In this role I provided guidance to the enhancement of the existing Global Document Management and Data Capture solutions. I was also accountable for managing a portfolio of global Document Automation projects and managed a team of analysts and project managers to deliver high value GOE savings.

National

Appointed Director of Ether Solutions in February 2013, my role created a new Division for the company focussing on the provision of Document Automation Solutions. Known as Ether Document Solutions (or EDS), this Division brings together the technology and experience to automate document-centric business processes.

In this role I assisted organisations to automate document-centric business processes using Image and Data Capture and Business Process Management. Specialising in Invoice Processing, HR Records Management, Digital Mailroom and Case Management, this was a successful role for me, with awards for consultancy led Kofax sales in 2011 / 2012.

I joined Ether Solutions to establish a Document Capture and Process Management arm to this established Web Content Management Company. I was responsible for establishing a reseller partnership with Kofax, and winning a respectable client-base. I was necessarily involved in all aspects of the sales cycle and played an active role in project delivery..

Invited to join Capture Projects at its inception in 1999, I helped to grow the business to over 30 employees. My role was necessarily varied and included System Design, Project Management, Implementation, Change Management, Pre-Sales and Support.

Working in Presales, and project delivery I was part of a 2-man team establishing an office in the south of England, for this Yorkshire-based company.
