Responsibility for managing all of the financial and administrative functions of DANTeC, including, but not limited to: • Establishment of an accounting system. • Design and implement financial and business systems for DANTeC. • Management of DANTeC rates & charges and cash flow management. • Collect operational data, calculate expense shares, prepare and process billings and monitor collection of accounts receivable. • DANTeC accounting and backing services, preparation of annual financial statements, income tax filings and IRS coordination • Investment of capital, securing additional capital as needed, reviewing invoices to DANTeC equipment users, monitoring payments by Members to the Authority, and monitoring payment of DANTeC contractors by the Authority. • Preparation of annual and periodic activity and financial reports and financial analyses requested or required by the Authority and Member airlines. • Preparation and management of the annual budgeting process.
