Tenders Specialist
Current- Proactively monitor upcoming tenders and sales opportunities, ensuring prompt and strategic responses to maximize competitive advantage.
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation related to tenders and bids, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to both internal and regulatory standards.
- Liaise closely with sales divisions to keep them informed of new tender opportunities, facilitating alignment and cohesive action plans.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers regarding tenders, contracts, and business proposals, fostering trust and long-term business relationships.
- Oversee customer contract pricing, ensuring all rates comply with company policies while aligning with strategic pricing guidelines for optimized profitability.
- Secure and regularly update all regulatory and administrative documentation, maintaining readiness and compliance with evolving industry requirements.
