Reversing Mill Utility - Maintained the fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems of the reversing mill. Also had the task of banding and welding coils of steel being produced, and inspecting them for quality issues by measuring dimensions, checking temperature, and a visual inspection.Annealing Operator - Received coils from the reversing mills, and moved them with the crane using magnets. Coils would then be loaded on furnaces in a stack. Each furnace needed to be loaded with like coils to produce the correct properties in each one. While the coils run through their cycle, we would monitor them for any problems that arose.Temper Mill Bander - Banded coils being produced on the temper mill. This required following schedules, communicating with team members when changes happen, using coil handling equipment to move coils, and using good time management to keep up with the line.Cold Mill Utility - Responsible for general cleanliness and routine tasks necessary for cold mill operation including: work roll changes , disposal of waste materials inventory control, and crane/forklift operation. Performed fill-in duties for other roles as needed.

Service Technician - Traveled to customers location for troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of bottle filling equipment. Installed new machines in customers facilities. This would include attachine all piping, electrical, and conveyors to the machine, then adjusting and setting up the machine after initial startup.Assembler - Deconstructing old bottle filling equipment. Parts would be salvaged, cleaned up, and checked for quality then used to build refurbished machines. Parts may have required machining, cutting, or welding to make repairs necessary to make them quality again.

Machine Operator - Operation of different machinery involved with manufacturing gasoline fuel injectors. Equipment used would be injection molding machines, loaders, bench testing machines, and automated assembly lines.

Duties here include diagnosing, and repairing minor problems on diesel engines, such as fuel and oil leaks.

This job consisted of keeping the parking lot clean, and free of shopping carts, and also helping customers load their purchases.
