The company closed up when the third round of financing fell through. My responsibilities were to create and maintain the Oracle 9i Database. • Developed, implemented and provided on-going support for production databases in Oracle 9i.• Designed, developed and maintained triggers, stored procedures, tables, views, PL/SQL scripts, jobs and security for several Oracle databases.• Installed and supported SQL*Net on a 3/n-tier architect.• Maximized system performance and improved response time by tuning the database using PL/SQL, STATSPACK, SQL Analyze, SQL Trace, TKPROF and OEM tools. • Implemented a failover system utilizing Oracle Data Guard.• Created and implemented a disaster recovery plan using RMAN, Oracle Exports and PL/SQL scripts
