I conduct research and programming through an intersectional lens and am passionate about designing and delivering programs that promote gender equity and inclusion through evidence-building and critical examination of social, racial, and power relations. I have years of field-based research, management, and implementation experience around the globe leading and supervising projects related to water and sanitation, reproductive health, climate change, education, and livelihoods, with a focus on women's empowerment and gender equity.
