Current• Provide advisory/guidance to CIO/CTO of Commercial and Government customers, helping build modernization strategy, augment technology selection and provide sounding board for decision makers by presenting market technology trends and Gartner research data.• Lead all the aspects of professional services firm and growing needs of different departments including Sales, Accounting, Operation, HR and Professional Delivery• Keen an open perspective of customer challenges and constantly seek out for solutions that solves complex business problems.• Manage client relationships at CxO level, develop account plan (plan to exceed plan), growth strategies that addresses customer pain points.• Define Sales Team goals and objective, monitor activities on weekly basis• Responsible for approving budgets, maintaining positive cashflow and constantly seeking growth opportunities.• Develop and grow Pega, Salesforce and Microsoft practice, review account planning, penetration strategies, review resource plan, bench strength and overall P&L related to the practice.• Develop and manage relationship at different levels in Pega Systems, Salesforce and Microsoft including Partner Manager, Global head of products & innovations, Domain Leads and other Pega senior leaderships• Hire, fire, retain and nurture talents to support growing organizational needs.• Develop short-term, mid-term and long-term plan to foster practice growth in Pega.• Represents the practice in business strategy discussions and provides strategic advice to the service team.
