Duties include managing the oversight of Safety programs for Mid-Con region and Longview Plant, delivering training, managing incidents, assisting with the roll-out of HSE Programs. Additionally, I refined the BBS database where such can be maintained locally, enhanced the PEC Training PowerPoint’s, created a database for tank shipment process (LEAN Project). Addition responsibilities include the development and over site of the company’s DOT (Commercial Motor Vehicle) program which included Name changes several times and additional roll-out when needed…. And assisting where needed with a growing company.

Duties include managing the Safety and Environmental programs for Northern and Western areas in North America. Ramping up the district during the boom was a 24/7 adventure. Side task included development of a Microsoft Excel based electronic service ticket and the design and over site of construction of a $1.5 million Office/Shop/Warehouse for the area.
