Supported the Operational and Technical Manager in the development and execution of a comprehensive test and demonstration plan that ensured all goals and objectives where tested against. In addition performed duty as the senior autonomy SME with direct development guidance responsibility to the autonomy vendor.Program Manager for Autonomous Aerial Cargo Utility System (AACUS) a $98.4M Innovative Naval Prototype. Determined Concept of Operations for a autonomous full sized helicopter in support of ground forces. Project Manager for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) High Water Speed Science & Technology (S&T) Amphibious Vehicle Strategy. Determined strategy for $180M in S&T Investments.Program Manager for the ONR Holistic Modularity study. This stimulated tens of millions of dollars of S&T and acquisition investment.Program Manager for a detailed 3 year study on future logistics in support of military operations in the littorals. This effort had a $3.4M annual budget and in the first year included developing and leading a $1.2M computer-enabled war game with 90 participants from 18 agencies.Change Manager for a $2.2M branding project for the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) program.

Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Albany, GA 2005 - 2008• Led 700 employees at Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Albany, a national strategic depot facility, with responsibility for a $65M annual budget. Developed a Strategic Base Operations Plan and Strategic Land & Forest Renewable Resource Plan that was recognized by national management. • Within 24 hours of arrival at MCLB, Albany, took charge and developed a comprehensive base support plan for Hurricane Katrina Relief efforts. This plan encompassed the reception, housing, and humanitarian support for 600 displaced government personnel and their families, allowing them to continue their support to the war effort. Special Operations Command Pacific, Honolulu, HI 2002 - 2005• Program manager for a $330M logistics support effort in the Pacific region. Managed military logistic support units, Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) contractors, and local national contractors across the Pacific. Recognized for developing an innovative plan that saved nearly $6.4M per year in taxpayer dollars.• Directed logistics and security plans for 500-person Special Operations Force (SOF) team in high-intensity and life-threatening conditions. Supervised facilities, transportation, security, engineering, medical support, supply and maintenance support in excess of $144M annual. • Coordinated initial SOF response for largest disaster relief effort in modern history, Operation UNIFIED ASSISTANCE tsunami relief in SE Asia.
