This go-getter attitude of mine has kept me on a very gratifying journey, that has taken me from Corporate world to private practice and now, being a partner and principal trainer in a consulting and L&D company that services corporate space. I have rich experience in Corporate sector and private practice gained in the Manufacturing, Retail & Service Industry. As a corporate trainer my specific interest lie in ODs, communication, team management, leadership, Customer effectiveness and etiquette. I enjoy working with organisations and professionals enabling them to harness their inner strength and potential. When not engaged in my professional pursuits, I like to read....everything from Yuval Noah Harari to Devdutt Patnaik! I love to travel and being a military wife lets me do that a little more than the rest. Writing appealing content and random ramblings comes naturally to me and I find it very therapeutic!
