I'm currently a Partner Solution Architect at Kore.ai, focused on various partnership and channel motions including BPO/MSP, OEM and ISV. My role covers a wide variety of areas, including pre and post sales and enablement, platform integrations, marketing and content creation, GTM, strategy and commercials and solution development using all of the products in the Kore.ai portfolio.Previously, I was Director of Customer Engagement Solutions Practice, particularly focused on Twilio including the Twilio Flex contact center platform. I was primarily responsible for building the Twilio practice at Perficient from a technical perspective starting in 2018. I was one of the initial set of developers certified by Twilio, with extensive Twilio Flex expertise recognized within Twilio including up to the C-suite. Over the course of 4 years I helped coach and grow the customer engagement delivery team from 2 to more than 30 .In addition to deep knowledge of the contact center/customer engagement space and the Twilio platform, I have architected solutions using all the major cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure) with a particular focus on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDb, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, EC2). On the front-end, recent experience includes the React/Redux and related frameworks. I have been working with web technologies generally since the mid-90s.
