I answered questions for each team and facilitated cross-team meetings. Much of this work was focused on classification mapping and underwriting question curation. • Worked with each of the MGA’s and Insurance Carriers that we have completed our current integration work with to identify areas of improvement for each of our teams. Also, worded to identify next steps that may be driven by either the business or engineering teams of either organization. • Led the procurement process for our Salesforce instance. -Worked with our Engineering Development team, Business Development team and Senor Leadership team to identify the customizations needed to meet each of their use cases. • I was responsible for developing the systems & processes for our sales people to follow in quoting, binding and servicing their accounts. • I was responsible for designing our Salesforce/Tech Canary interface as well as creating and monitoring the KPI reporting for the insurance team. • I oversaw our accounting functions (mostly direct bill or outside financed) to ensure the smooth premium and commission flow between Bikelane, our insureds and our carrier partners. • I conducted the initial research and internal evaluation of 3rd party technologies that may assist us in creating an efficient insurance placement process. • I was responsible for developing and conducting our new hire training process for both licensed and non-licensed team members.
