Led a team of 3.5 developers and several student workers focused on the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications that support the teaching and learning throughout Lehigh University. Specific areas of focus include project management, client executive briefings, and needs assessment, SEO consulting, business intelligence and analytics, project and team strategic planning and overseeing the implementation of technical enhancements/standards across all of our web processes. In January of 2016, I was promoted and my team moved to the Enterprise Systems group.
