    I moved from a freelance consultant at FutureGov, to a full time position. I led FutureGov's consultancy programme, managing small projects through to large innovation labs. I line managed a small team of innovation consultants and community organisers.The innovation team was responsible for setting up and delivering a number of innovation labs in local government. Through the innovation labs we delivered a number of projects and created digital prototypes and products.Notable achievements:• I led the team to setup an innovation lab West Sussex County Council. I successfully delivered three complex change projects in: the highways service, adult social care and children's social care. I identified an opportunity and led the development of the Local Offer digital product, overseeing the design and build: https://westsussex.local-offer.org• I led the project team that designed Doc Ready http://www.docready.org/. A digital tool that helps young people to make the most of mental health related GP visits. I oversaw the product's design and managed the development team to create and deliver user stories. The product has helped hundreds of thousands of young people.

• I created an 'open data by default' policy for the organisation. I designed and gained commitment to a set of open data principles by senior leaders in the council. I worked with ICT to create an open data schedule for release, crowdsourcing ideas with residents at a hack day.
